Klong Khong Bay - Koh Lanta Yai

Klong Khong bay is situated about halfway along the western coast of the island of Koh lanta.This bay is not the most popular of bays touristically, having remained rather unadvanced as far as touristic developments are concerned.This may be due to the fact that there are sharpcorals in the shallows when one wades into the water, also in times of low tide the beach is covered with coral stones and rocks, making the beach less inviting for those who wish to enjoy a sandy floor under their feet whilst paddling(see above pic).
